Has anyone ever tried this 'delicacy'? If so, what was it like? Did you have to pay an arm and a leg?
More to the point, can anyone tell me how it was determined that Swallow's Nest Soup was good to eat? Frankly, and I know I shouldn't really say this since I haven't tried it, but it does sound gross.
