premium feed problems with juice

i signed up for the seven day trial thing, and i have been trying to download the premium feed to catch up on the episodes i've missed since i've been away from the sight (darn Real Life preventing my downloading time~) but i'm not getting all of the episodes. i'm using Juice (and have no interest in using iTunes, thank you) and i suppose technically, i have two problems. one is that when i try to use the premium feed, it prompts me for my password over and over and over, but never actually accepts it. the dialogue box just keeps popping up, as if i've been typing the wrong thing. i've double checked the obvious (caps lock, spelling, case-sensitivity) but the problem remains. thinking i might have more luck with the MyFeed features (which i do like, by the by) i set that up, but it also is not downloading all of the available episodes. i believe what it is downloading is only the publicly available episodes (the initial three of all lesson types and then the past three weeks of goodies). i'm wondering if there's something silly i'm missing, or if there is actually some problem here. the log doesn't actually give me any errors, so i'm kind of at a loss here...

Thank you for post. Unfortunately, the Premium Feed is not available during the seven day trial. It is only available for active Premium members.
