Kanji characters not showing in Word Bank

Hi,

When I go to the word bank and select the link for the Printer Friendly list of words - it opens a new window, but all of the Kanji / Kana is garbage. The english text is fine.

Any ideas? Kanji / Kana works fine everywhere else on the site.
