So I picked up a take out menu from a couple of restaurants, and I've noticed some things:

大盛 is written on one instead of 大盛り,
and on another 大　and 小　are written for big and small sizes.

I get that this is way to save space on menus, but my question is, when ordering or reading the menus what is the 読み方 for these options?

大盛 and 大盛り are both pronounced おおもり
大 is だい
小 is しょう

For example;
　大盛（おおもり） を ください。
　小（しょう） を ください。
