Can't get the basic feed.

Hi.

I'm on basic subscription, but when I try to get the basic feed on iTunes it just keeps asking for my password.

What am I supposed to do?

if you type in your username and password for the jpod site, it should automatically begin downloading.

if you forgot your username and password e-mail us at and we'll sort you out right away!

I did type my jpod username and password.

Could the space I have in my username be the problem?

i'm not really sure. i'm not a tech-guy unfortunately.
but the will immediately be seen by someone who can help you out directly (probably faster than posting here and waiting).
i'm sure they'll have a simple solution for you!

OK. Problem solved. It actually was the space in my username. The tech guys changed it to an underscore and now everything is working just fine.

Maybe a warning to not use spaces or something like that could be put into the register section, so others won't have the same problem.
