Hello, and thanks for the question! I just checked the link, and I don't think she is talking about seaweed. I think she is talking about nori nori・のりのり, which can mean to really get into something! Alc.co.jp gives this example, "nori nori odoru" - to dance like crazy! I think this is probably the nuance she was going for, but we should probably run it by Judy-chan herself as you know singers. (She also uses nori nori nori, when it is usually twice, nori nori.)

My friends and I dance to this song on DDR all the time, so next time I'll impress them and tell them that it is about being into seaweed... I think they won't trust the Japanese I learn from JP101 after that...
