New user(premium) - Premium feed password doesn't work

Hi,

I'm a new user and have subscribed for a month in addition to the 7 day free trial which is still going but I can't seem to access the premium feed. I enter my password and it just asks for username and password again.

The same username and password works for the website.

Please advise,

Hello Joseph,

Your username and password should now work for the Premium Feed. I went ahead and activated your Premium subscription effective today. It was not set to start until after your free trial expires.
