Kanji related materials

I am studying Kanji, but this isn't an easy task when you do not have complete sources =(

So, i would like this thread/topic to be like a gather center for Kanji related things. If you have any good books (wich i am in a big need of) you can link to them here, or if you have any great sites where you can study Kanji on, please go ahed and link to these also.
I think i and many others will be happy to get many new sources to study from ^_^
