ilearning problem?

Hi, I have downloaded the first beginner lesson audio/note files, and added them to my ipod, but there is no audio for anything. I'm not sure what is wrong, because I followed the pdf file and did everything like it said. There is also something under the notes section that says "play full lesson" but that doesnt work either. Any ideas?
